Bleach: New Captain - Shuusuke Amagai

Shūsuke Amagai (天貝 繍助, Amagai Shūsuke?) is the new captain of the 3rd Division during an anime exclusive arc. He is noted to be the only captain to ever be picked out of a patrol group, a significant change in Soul Society policy. He has an unkempt appearance and is usually bright, lively and unpretentious. He seems to have a low tolerance for alcohol, as he passes out after drinking one cup of sake. This causes him to initially be mistrusted by members of his Division. He carries two weapons: his zanpakutō, which he wears to his side in the standard fashion, and a tuning fork-like weapon held-up by a loose-hanging brown strap. He is able to use the latter to eradicate one of the cleaners in the dangai, protecting a large number of his squad and earning their respect.
