No improvement in Rapid KL

After I had make a complaint to RapidKL management, things still same, no changes. Recently, I make up my mind to wake up 15 minutes earlier but still don't have even a bus come in on time. I always get U49 around 6.45-7.00am. Yeah! It is good that recently I reached to my workplace on time. If RapidKL wants to improve its systems, they must first improve the time of the buses especially during peak hour because of traffic jam. This case not happened only in Damai Perdana but also in other areas. I hope that RapidKL may seriously look onto this matter.
